For hygienic reasons, a product that has been delivered cannot be returned. It's possible that a package has been damaged. In this case, please notify us within 3 days after delivery via info@bamboi.nl. An employee will discuss the various options with you to reach a favorable outcome for both parties. We will reimburse the cost of return shipping up to a maximum of €7.25.

You may always return the product within 14 days after receiving it (the product must still be sealed). You can do this by sending an email to info@bamboi.nl. After you have received confirmation from us, you must ship the product within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days and pay for the return shipping costs. We will reimburse the cost of return shipping up to a maximum of €7.25. During the period you have to decide whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep it.
