These are the general terms and conditions of Bamboi®. These, along with the references they contain, apply to every agreement we enter into with you. Please read the general terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By visiting our website or making a purchase, you participate in this agreement.

All new additions to the current website are also subject to the general terms and conditions. We have the right to change these general terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these general terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

Article 1 – Products

Our products and services are only available online. These products and services may have limited stock and can only be returned according to our return policy.

We have done our best to display our products as accurately as possible online. We cannot guarantee how this will appear on your computer screen.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to geographical regions and to limit the quantity of products. Prices and descriptions of products may be changed at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.

Article 2 – Account Information

To order a product, you must provide us with your personal information. This personal information must be filled in truthfully and must be up to date. You agree to maintain your account and other information, including email address and payment details, so that we can complete your purchases and contact you. We protect your personal information well; see also our Privacy Statement on our website. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).

Article 3 – Payments

The price of the products is indicated in our webshop. The prices of our products can be changed at any time and without prior notice. You pay via our online payment service; Payvision provides this payment service.
The shipping costs are at your expense.

Article 4 – Deliveries (Service)

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service (including Deliveries) at any time and without prior notice. We deliver your product to the address you provided when placing the order. You can no longer change the address if we have already shipped the package. Sendcloud handles the distribution. When the package has been shipped, we will provide you with a track & trace code, which you can use to follow the order. We do our best to deliver the order as quickly as possible. If the order is delayed, we will inform you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If this unexpectedly fails, you can request us to (a) immediately refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 5 – Return

For hygienic reasons, a product that has been delivered cannot be returned. It may be that a package has been damaged. In this case, you must notify us within 3 days after delivery via info@bamboi.nl. An employee will discuss the various options with you to reach a good outcome for both parties. We reimburse the costs of the return up to a maximum of €7.25.

You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it (the product must still be sealed). You can do this by sending an email to info@bamboi.nl. After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, and we would like to point out that we do not bear the costs of the return shipment. We do not reimburse the costs of the return because we offer free shipping. During the period you have to decide whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and packaging with care.

Article 6 – Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. Your right to compensation will be limited to the amount of the ordered and paid product.

Article 7 – Subscription Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions made available by us can be modified and cancelled at any time after the first payment has been made by the customer. From that moment on, the customer can freely cancel or adjust a subscription.

Article 8 – Privacy Policy

We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, trademarks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we manage them with permission from the rights holder). Your use may not infringe on this.

Article 10 – Comments and Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear about it. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as completely as possible) to info@bamboi.nl. We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than five days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to process the complaint, we request that you contact us again. If we cannot resolve the complaint mutually, a dispute arises that falls under the dispute resolution procedure.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution and Competent Court

  1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements we enter into with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
